Any age — I've photographed newborns, toddlers, and teenagers in the French Alps. For babies and very young children, I recommend a village or valley session to keep travel easy and stress-free. Older kids love the mountain adventure sessions because they get to actually explore, which makes for much more natural, fun photos.

Family sessions start from €80. Most families book a 1-hour mountain adventure session. Get in touch with your dates and I'll suggest the best option for your family's ages and what you'd like from the photos.

Yes — both seasons are popular. Winter sessions (December to April) capture the energy of a ski holiday: snow, slopes, rosy cheeks, and goggles. Summer sessions (June to September) give you wildflowers, long golden evenings, and the full mountain backdrop. I photograph families year-round.

In winter, your ski kit works brilliantly — helmets, goggles, colourful jackets, all of it. For non-ski sessions, dress in layers and coordinate loosely rather than matching exactly. Avoid large logos. In summer, light colours work well against the mountain scenery. The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable — relaxed kids make for the best photos.
